Honored with Rising Star Award

Congratulations to our parent company, AgriStaff USA, who was honored with the Rising Star Award, presented by Progress Lakeshore at their 5th Annual Excellence in Economic Development Awards Breakfast. AgriStaff USA was chosen out of 7 nominated businesses for the award which “recognizes an individual or emerging small business that has developed their ideas, products, and/or services into a viable, competitive business.” Exemplifying the Rising Star Award, AgriStaff has grown from its conception in 2014 to support both founders as full-time employees, they have placed over 75 employees within the past year, and have greatly expanded their services to fit the industry and client’s needs. They have experienced an impressive growth in clientele and have clients throughout the state of Wisconsin and other states as well.

AgriStaff USA is an employment service founded by Frankie Rodriguez and Becky Schmid of New Holstein, WI. Located in downtown Kiel, the company specializes in providing workforce, human resource solutions, and bilingual (English-Spanish) support to its clients. They specialize in the Agricultural, Cleaning, Construction, and Manufacturing industries. AgriStaff separates themselves from other employment agencies by targeting specific industries and utilizing the local Hispanic workforce along with taking a personalized approach to each job placement and recruiting for each position to ensure a good fit. With clients across the state, and country, they are able to utilize a vast network for potential employees to meet those client’s needs.
