Frankie Rodríguez
Co-Founder and Placement Specialist
Frankie is from New York City and spent much of his childhood in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. While living in Puerto Rico, Frankie enjoyed his days at his father’s Paso Fino horse breeding farm and the neighboring dairy farm. After high school Frankie became involved in the staffing industry. He worked for a New York City staffing firm during its formation years. It was during this time that Frankie developed a passion for the staffing industry. He assisted the company in growing from 2 employees out the first week, to sending out over 100 employees daily within 90 days. Being young and adventurous, Frankie ventured back into the equine field where he most recently worked at a high-performance dressage farm as the Farm Manager. He was responsible for the well-being of the 8 show horses and also managed the staff at both farm locations in northeast Ohio and Wellington, FL. Frankie enjoys baseball, spending time with his dog, Maggie, being outdoors, and keeping up on the Paso Fino world.

Becky Rodríguez
Co-Founder and Operations Manager
Becky was raised and graduated in New Holstein, WI. She then moved to Painesville, OH where she attended Lake Erie College. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Equestrian Facilities Management and a minor in Biology. Upon graduation she managed an adult-amateur jumper farm. She then began working at the high-performance dressage farm where she met Frankie. She was the show groom and traveled with the horses across the country and prepared them for the shows. Becky is very excited to be a part of LaborOne USA! She manages the office, plays a vital role in the screening process, and is the one to talk to about scheduling appointments and inquiring about our services. Becky enjoys riding her horse, Lucky, running, and enjoying the outdoors.
